SC Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 00413) issued a supplemental profit-warning announcement on 13 March 2026, indicating a sharp swing to loss for the financial year under review (“the Year”).

The Board now expects the Group to record a net loss ranging between HK$1.50 billion and HK$1.80 billion, compared with a net profit of HK$12.20 million for the year ended 31 December 2024.

Management reiterated that the principal factors behind the anticipated downturn were detailed in the original profit-warning announcement dated 11 March 2026; those factors remain unchanged.
