SH Pharma (02607) has announced that on June 10, 2026, the company received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SIIC Group").

During the period from May 6, 2026, to June 10, 2026, SIIC Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary SIIC International, accumulated an increased holding of 38.6 million H shares in the company.

Following this change in equity interest, Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. now holds 1,484,975,837 shares of the company, representing 40.04% of the total issued share capital of 3,708,361,809 shares.

The change in equity was effected through secondary market block trades, with the funds for the share purchase sourced from its own capital.
