Z FIN (01168) has announced the appointment of Altus Capital Limited as an independent financial advisor.

Altus Capital Limited, a licensed corporation regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance), and Type 9 (asset management) activities, has been engaged to provide advice to the independent board committee regarding the proposal.

The independent board committee, comprising all independent non-executive directors—Mr. Zhang Jiaqing, Mr. Tian Jin, and Mr. Xin Luolin—was established by the board. This committee has approved the appointment of Altus Capital Limited in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
