Meituan-W (03690) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its board composition.

Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Gordon Orr has stepped down from his role as an independent non-executive director to dedicate more time to his other commitments.

Concurrently, Mr. Yao Jianhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with his tenure effective immediately from the close of the AGM.

In related appointments, Mr. Yao Jianhua has also been named as a member and the Chairman of the company's Audit Committee.

Furthermore, Ms. Marjorie Yang has been appointed as a member of the company's Corporate Governance Committee.

These committee appointments are also effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
