New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) has scheduled a board meeting for Wednesday, 26 August 2026. The agenda includes:

1. Reviewing and approving the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. 2. Authorising the public release of these interim financial figures. 3. Considering the declaration and distribution of an interim dividend. 4. Addressing other routine corporate matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Chairman and Executive Director Yang Yucheng. The current Board comprises 10 members: two Executive Directors (Yang Yucheng and Gong Xingfeng), four Non-executive Directors (Yang Xue, Mao Sixue, Hu Aimin and Zhang Xiaodong) and four Independent Non-executive Directors (Ma Yiu Tim, Xu Xu, Guo Yongqing and Zhuo Zhi).
