Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.18 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a new filing dated 30 March 2026.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval; the company will announce the shareholder meeting date, ex-dividend date, record date, exchange rate and Hong Kong dollar payout equivalent in due course.
