LINGBAO GOLD (03330) announced that Mr. Xu Wenlong, the incumbent company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and authorized representative for accepting legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2025. The board further resolved to appoint Mr. Zheng Zhicong to succeed Mr. Xu in the roles of company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from November 12, 2025.
