CGN Power Co., Ltd. (CGN Power) has released an updated register of its board of directors and detailed the latest composition of its four board-level committees, effective 3 August 2026.

1. Audit and Risk Management Committee – Chairman: Mr Peng Yi (Independent Non-executive Director) – Members include Mr Wong Ming Fung, Mr Cheng Wei, Mr Feng Jian and Ms Li Li.

2. Remuneration Committee – Chairman: Mr Wong Ming Fung (Independent Non-executive Director) – Members include Mr Feng Jian, Mr Cheng Wei and Mr Peng Yi.

3. Nomination Committee – Chairman: Mr Cheng Wei (Independent Non-executive Director) – Members include Mr Peng Yi and Mr Wong Ming Fung.

4. Nuclear Safety Committee – Chairman: Mr Yang Changli (Board Chairman & Non-executive Director) – Members include Mr Pang Songtao, Ms Li Li and Mr Liu Huanbing.
