Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) has announced a proposed final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.0462 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution will be subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 May 2026.

The dividend, payable in cash by default, will also be offered with a scrip alternative that allows eligible shareholders to elect to receive new shares in lieu of cash. Potential adjustment mechanism If the total number of issued shares changes before the 11 June 2026 record date, the board intends to adjust the per-share amounts so that the aggregate of the final and any special dividend remains approximately equivalent to, and not less than, 60 % of the company’s FY 2025 core net profit attributable to shareholders, stated as roughly RMB 1.51 billion. Details of any adjustment will be communicated in due course.
