China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (China CRSC) will switch all future corporate communications to electronic-only distribution, aligning with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be accessible on the company website (www.crsc.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will cease unless specifically requested.

Non-registered H shareholders must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive publication notifications. Without an email address on record, shareholders will not receive alerts and must monitor the designated websites independently.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can submit the enclosed reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email crsc.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request details.
