PPS INT’L announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/2026 Annual Report have been published on both the company website (http://www.ppsintholdings.com) and the HKEx news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice, dated 30 September 2026, reminds shareholders that:

• Printed copies of the new Annual Report are available on request, according to each investor’s existing election. • Shareholders may, at any time, switch between receiving corporate communications in printed form or via the website version by providing reasonable prior written or email notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. • If website access proves difficult after opting for electronic delivery, investors can request a printed copy free of charge.

To change their preference, shareholders should complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor’s office at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Local postage is prepaid via the mailing label provided.

All future corporate communications—defined to include directors’ reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and related documents—will continue to be available in both English and Chinese on the company and HKEx websites and in hard copy upon request.
