iMotion Automotive Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (1274) announced that its board of directors has proposed amendments to the Articles of Association and the procedural rules governing shareholders’ general meetings, board of directors’ meetings, and supervisory committee sessions.

The proposed changes seek to align internal regulations with the practical operations of the company and relevant provisions under The Company Law of the PRC.
