Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported that, for the six-month period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, no proceeds from its Hong Kong listing were injected into its subsidiaries in mainland China. As a result, the company’s Taiwanese founding members and 81 Taiwanese original investors remained in full compliance with Taiwan/Mainland Investment Regulations, which require prior approval—or, for cumulative investments below US$1 million, post-transaction filing within six months—from the Taiwan Investment Commission for any direct or indirect mainland investments.
The board reiterated its commitment to publish semi-annual updates on the approval status of these Taiwanese shareholders and to assist them in meeting any future filing or reporting obligations with the Taiwan Investment Commission.
