1. Annual Report 2025 2. Circular dated 30 April 2026 covering director re-election proposals, renewal of general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, and the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Both documents are available in English and Chinese under the “Financial Reports” and “Circulars” sections of the company site.

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian or nominee to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid email or postal address on record, no alert will be sent when new corporate communications are posted online.
