Huisheng International Holdings Limited disclosed a 20 % expansion of its ordinary share capital following completion of a new‐share placement on 12 June 2026.

The company allotted 184.57 million new ordinary shares at HKD 0.046 each under a placing agreement dated 20 May 2026. Prior to the transaction, Huisheng International had 922.84 million shares outstanding; the new issue raises the total to 1.11 billion shares.

No treasury shares were held before or after the exercise, and the filing confirms the board’s authorisation and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant regulations.
