ISDN Holdings’ NovaPeak Secures 1 Million Singapore Dollars AI Inspection Contract From Singapore HDB

ISDN Holdings Limited announced on Jan, 19 2026 that its subsidiary NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. has been awarded a 1 million Singapore dollars contract to provide automated AI-enabled drone inspections for Housing & Development Board (HDB) buildings in Singapore.

Under the agreement, NovaPeak will conduct external façade inspections for more than 1,400 HDB residential blocks and deliver periodic exterior inspection services for 50 multi-storey car parks.

ISDN stated that the contract is not expected to materially affect the group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending Dec, 31 2026.

Established in 2022, NovaPeak has already inspected over 900 buildings in Singapore, executed more than 2,000 drone missions and covered over 2 million square metres of façade area using its LiveInspect.AI platform.
