Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced on Mar, 23 2026 the results of its underwritten non-renounceable preferential offering of 352,360,283 new units at S$0.558 each.

Valid acceptances were received for 186,932,145 new units (53.05% of the offering), while applications for 32,211,053 excess units (9.14%) were lodged, bringing total take-up to 219,143,198 units or 62.19% of the units available.

The remaining units not subscribed will be taken up by the joint underwriters—DBS Bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and United Overseas Bank—ensuring the full issuance of all 352,360,283 new units and raising gross proceeds of approximately 196.6 million Singapore dollars.

Under a sponsor undertaking, Lendlease Group entities accepted their entire provisional allotment of 73,741,235 new units. Post-issue, the sponsor will hold 693,415,495 units, representing about 20.93% of the enlarged unit base of 3,313,371,066 units.

The new units are expected to commence trading on the Singapore Exchange’s Main Board at 9:00 a.m. on Mar, 26 2026 and will rank pari passu with existing units, including entitlement to distributable income from Jan, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.
