The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that Ms. Feng Xiaoying meets the qualifications for the company secretary of YIDU TECH under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules. In addition, to uphold high standards of corporate governance and ensure timely and effective compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the company will continue to retain Ms. Li Jingyi (resident in Hong Kong) as the Co-Company Secretary, even though Ms. Feng is qualified under the aforementioned rules.
