Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.22 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its latest announcement dated 27 March 2026. The payout remains subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming meeting, with details to be confirmed.

Key dates are as follows: shares will trade ex-dividend on 9 June 2026; the share register will close from 11 June to 16 June 2026; and the record date is set for 16 June 2026. Eligible shareholders are scheduled to receive payment on 3 July 2026.
