These fraudsters are conducting illegal fundraising activities targeting the public through online channels such as the so-called "China Three Nong" APP and offline recruitment schemes. During these operations, they forge Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs documents, counterfeit the ministry's official seals, and impersonate ministry staff to gain public trust while promising regular dividends or guaranteed returns to defraud victims of their money.

In response to these incidents, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issues the following risk warning to the public: The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has never participated in or promoted investment activities such as the "China Three Nong" APP through document issuance, personnel deployment, or any other means. The related documents and seals are not officially issued documents or legitimately used seals by our ministry. The "China Three Nong" APP, its related websites, and associated personnel have no connection whatsoever with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. We urge the public to remain vigilant, exercise careful judgment, and guard against being deceived.

Currently, rural revitalization has received high social attention, and some criminals are taking advantage of this opportunity to commit fraud and other illegal activities.
