UBS AG, an exempt principal trader connected with ENN Energy Holdings Limited, reported a purchase transaction dated 23 February 2026 involving 11,700 ordinary shares. The total amount paid was US$0.81 million, with the highest price at US$69.0261 and the lowest price at US$68.9667. The trades were executed as part of hedging for Delta 1 products created by wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. UBS AG conducted the dealing on its own account and is ultimately owned by UBS Group AG.
