Niche-Tech Semiconductor Materials Limited (NICHE-TECH SEMI) has disclosed supplemental details to its 8 May 2026 AGM circular concerning auditor arrangements.

At the upcoming AGM, shareholders will vote on the proposed re-appointment of Gary Cheng CPA Limited, which is retiring by rotation and has confirmed its eligibility to serve another term. The company’s audit committee has completed its review and recommended that the Board submit the re-appointment for shareholder approval.

For the financial year ending 31 December 2026, the auditor’s fee is projected to range between HK$0.95 million and HK$1.20 million, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The estimate reflects anticipated business complexity, audit scope, timetable, and required resources relative to the audit work undertaken for the year ended 31 December 2025. The fee range may be adjusted if underlying assumptions change.
