According to an administrative punishment decision published by the People's Bank of China Mudanjiang City Branch, the branch was found to have failed to surrender counterfeit currency as required, delayed the submission of such currency, and did not confiscate counterfeit money in accordance with regulations. As a result, the branch received a formal warning and was fined 45,000 yuan.
