MINERVA GROUP (00397) announced that based on a preliminary assessment of the group's latest available unaudited consolidated management accounts, the group expects to record a net comprehensive loss of no less than approximately HK$37 million for the interim period of 2025.

The expected loss includes approximately HK$27 million in fair value changes loss on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, and approximately HK$20 million in expected credit loss on loans receivable and interest.
