NAMESON HLDGS (01982) announced that Mr. Fan Junhua has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director to devote more time to other personal commitments, effective March 31, 2026. Following Mr. Fan's resignation, he will also step down as Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Sun Baoyuan has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective April 1, 2026.
