S ROBOT EDU (08206) announced that the GEM Listing Review Committee conducted a review hearing on September 23, 2025, regarding the decision made by the GEM Listing Committee. On October 13, 2025, the company received a letter from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) informing that the GEM Listing Review Committee, after considering materials submitted by the company and the Listing Division, determined that the company failed to maintain a sufficient level of business operations and assets as required under GEM Listing Rule 17.26 to warrant the continued listing of the company's shares. The committee decided to uphold the GEM Listing Committee's decision to suspend trading of the shares under GEM Listing Rule 9.04(3).

At the company's request, trading in the shares will be suspended on the Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025, and will remain suspended until the company demonstrates compliance with GEM Listing Rule 17.26, fulfills any resumption guidance that may be issued by the Exchange, and achieves full compliance with the GEM Listing Rules to the satisfaction of the Exchange, whereupon the Exchange will approve the resumption of trading in the shares.

Under GEM Listing Rule 9.14A(1), the Exchange may cancel the listing status if the shares remain suspended for a continuous period of 12 months.
