CC Securities Q1 2026 Earnings: Net Profit Jumps 63.80% on Robust Wealth Management and Investment Income

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (CC Securities) reported a strong start to 2026, with first-quarter results showing broad-based revenue growth and sharply higher profitability.

Revenue and Profitability • Operating income rose 34.04% year on year to RMB 537.55 million, driven chiefly by wealth management and investment activities. • Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 168.65 million, up 63.80%. After stripping out non-recurring items, underlying profit increased 67.44% to RMB 165.15 million. • Basic and diluted EPS both climbed to RMB 0.0363, a 63.51% improvement. • Weighted average ROE improved by 0.44 percentage point to 1.17%.

Income Composition • Net fee and commission income advanced 16.77% to RMB 263.09 million, supported by brokerage fees of RMB 231.58 million. • Net interest income grew 46.21% to RMB 138.86 million. • Investment income expanded 17.29% to RMB 116.04 million, while fair-value gains swung to a RMB 13.33 million profit from a loss a year earlier.

Balance-Sheet Movements • Total assets edged up 1.20% from end-2025 to RMB 59.13 billion. • Equity attributable to shareholders rose 1.17% to RMB 14.55 billion, lifted by retained earnings. • Net capital stood at RMB 10.33 billion, comfortably above regulatory requirements; the risk coverage ratio was 348.90%.

Liquidity and Cash Flow • Operating cash inflow fell 21.51% year on year to RMB 887.58 million, reflecting changes in trading and financing activities. • Investing activities generated a net inflow of RMB 1.09 billion, mainly from investment recoveries. • Financing activities recorded a net outflow of RMB 519.09 million as bond redemptions exceeded new issuance.

Shareholder Structure HKSCC Nominees remained the single largest holder with a 25.74% stake. Henan Investment Group owned 17.73% directly and 4.32% via subsidiaries and Southbound holdings, giving it an effective 22.05% interest.

Risk Metrics All regulatory indicators, including liquidity coverage (233.75%), capital leverage (26.12%) and net stable funding ratio (225.22%), remained well within the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s thresholds.

CC Securities’ first-quarter performance highlights improved fee-based and investment returns, stable asset growth and solid capital buffers, positioning the firm for continued resilience in 2026.
