Baotou City's Private Economy Development Service Center announced that it is integrating overseas service resources for local enterprises to enhance support for companies expanding abroad, while strengthening intellectual property protections. The center has partnered with the Baotou Intellectual Property Protection Center, which also serves as the Baotou branch of the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center.

Through three established overseas service stations in Munich, Madrid, and France, they are now providing response services for overseas intellectual property disputes. These services include gathering information on overseas disputes and conducting routine risk monitoring, accepting and processing response guidance requests with expert matching on a case-by-case basis, guiding multiple dispute resolution methods and coordination, organizing specialized training sessions, and advising on overseas trademark strategies to mitigate market entry risks.

An official from the Private Economy Development Service Center explained that by jointly offering these services, the two centers aim to significantly reduce the time and financial costs for enterprises in screening overseas legal services. This eliminates cross-border communication delays, prevents rights losses from delayed or improper handling, and proactively addresses potential overseas intellectual property risks. The initiative is designed to provide comprehensive support for Baotou's private enterprises as they steadily explore international markets.
