Modern Dental (03600) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group achieved revenue of HK$1.835 billion, representing a 7.81% year-on-year increase. Profit attributable to owners of the company reached HK$285 million, up 32.52% year-on-year, with basic earnings per share of 30.37 HK cents. The company proposes to declare an interim dividend of 10.7 HK cents per ordinary share.

According to the announcement, the revenue increase was primarily driven by the group's continued organic growth, mainly in Europe and Australia, which was further accelerated by the group's completion of the acquisition of Hexa Ceram Company Limited ("Hexa Ceram"), Thailand's largest dental laboratory, in January 2025.
