Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has issued its 10th Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, covering the period 1 January – 31 December 2025 and consolidating data from the Shenzhen head office and 37 waste-to-energy projects.
Economic performance • Revenue reached RMB3.53 billion, supported by total assets of RMB21.93 billion. • Total tax contribution stood at RMB**million (figure disclosed without breakdown). • The group operated 40,300 tons/day of waste-to-energy capacity and maintained its position among China’s top industry players.
Environmental metrics • Total greenhouse-gas emissions fell to 26,960 tCO₂e, comprising 20,934 tCO₂e (Scope 1) and 6,027 tCO₂e (Scope 2). • Environmental-compliance investment totalled RMB235.47 million; all flue-gas and wastewater online-monitoring equipment achieved 100 % compliance. • No environmental complaints or penalties were recorded. • Compared with landfill, waste-to-energy operations avoided an estimated 3.8 million tCO₂e. • Green-certificate trading expanded: 368,000 certificates issued, 407,900 listed for trading.
Resource use and waste • Hazardous-waste treatment volume reached 565,792 t and non-hazardous waste 4.03 million t. • Total wastewater discharge was 559,731 t and energy consumption 9,728 t of standard coal equivalent. • Digital upgrades cut plant power-consumption rates, and small-grate incinerator technology was commercialised.
Social indicators • The workforce numbered 3,302, with a 100 % labour-contract signing rate and 100 % social-insurance coverage; annual staff turnover was 6.67 %. • Training investment amounted to RMB57.32 million, covering all employees. • Poverty-alleviation and rural-revitalisation spending reached RMB3.48 million, benefiting 9,518 people.
Governance highlights • Dynagreen received an A-grade information-disclosure rating from the Shanghai Stock Exchange. • The board convened 13 meetings and its committees met 17 times, while four shareholder meetings were held. • No corruption cases occurred; all directors and 1,229 staff completed anti-bribery training.
Awards and innovation • Ranked among the “Top 10 Most Influential Solid Waste Enterprises” for the 16th consecutive year. • The “Digital & Intelligent Technology for Waste Incineration” entered the industry’s Top-10 technical-case catalogue. • A total of 85 valid patents were held, and R&D spending rose to RMB785.01 million, 0.22 % of revenue.
Outlook The report states that 2026, as the first year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, will see Dynagreen deepen its digital, green and low-carbon strategy, expand rural-revitalisation programmes and further integrate compliance management across all business lines.
