Centurion Corporation Limited announced on Jun, 02 2026 that it has completed the dividend in specie of Centurion Accommodation REIT (CAREIT) units to its shareholders.

The company distributed 84.077 million CAREIT units, giving each entitled shareholder one unit for every ten Centurion shares held as of the May, 18 2026 record date, with fractional entitlements disregarded.

Using CAREIT’s closing price of 1.10 Singapore dollars per unit on May, 29 2026, the distribution is valued at roughly 0.11 Singapore dollars per Centurion share.

Following the payout, Centurion retains a deemed interest of about 657.874 million CAREIT units, or approximately 38.1% of the REIT’s 1.725 billion units in issue.
