According to Tianyancha records, Xinyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the operating entity of Xiaohongshu, was recently sued by Shanghai Jade Oriental Broadcasting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TVB. The case number is (2025) Hu 0101 Min Chu No. 26542, concerning a dispute over infringement of work information network transmission rights. The case is scheduled for court hearing on October 13, 2025, at 14:00 in the Sino-French Courtroom on the fourth floor of Hefei Road, Shanghai Huangpu District People's Court.

When inquired about this matter, Xiaohongshu has not yet provided a response.

Xinyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the affiliated company of Xiaohongshu, was established in 2013 and is located in Shanghai. It is primarily engaged in professional technical services. The company has a registered capital of 1 million yuan and completed its Series E funding round in 2024.

Additionally, it was noted that Xinyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was listed as an executed person by the Shanghai Huangpu District People's Court in June 2025.
