MIN FU INTL (08511) has announced the following changes, effective April 2, 2026: Mr. Zeng Weijin has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee to dedicate more time to his personal affairs. Following his resignation, and in accordance with Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Mr. Zeng will also cease to serve as the company's Authorized Representative and Compliance Officer. Ms. Zhang Xiaoling has resigned from her role as a Non-Executive Director due to other work commitments. Ms. Jiang Yanhua has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Zhu Xiliang has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
