Hangzhou Shenglong Tourism Development Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, will hold the land and oversee development. The company cites Hangzhou’s growing leisure tourism and sports demand as strategic drivers for diversification beyond its core decorative printing materials business.
