• Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued share count held steady at 1.62 billion shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

• The Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement (25% of issued shares) was met as at month-end.

• Under the 9 June 2011 share-option scheme, 28.07 million options were outstanding, equal to approximately 1.74% of current issued shares. No options were exercised during April, raising no funds and leaving potential dilution unchanged.
