The 2026 Wuhua County National Science Popularization Month promotion and "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project" civilization market event was recently held at Wuhua Chinese-English Experimental School. The event integrated drone performances, science lectures, hands-on experiments, and emergency response displays, allowing over a thousand young students to experience the wonders of technology up close and plant the seeds of scientific innovation through immersive participation.
With the theme "Technology Changes Life, Innovation Wins the Future," the event was jointly organized by the Wuhua County New Era Civilization Practice Center, the County Science and Industry Commerce Bureau, the County Science Association, the County Civilization Office, and the County Education Bureau, with support from multiple departments and technology enterprises. At the opening ceremony, guests from various organizations and school faculty and students gathered together to launch this campus science extravaganza.
The venue buzzed with a strong technological atmosphere, kicking off with a spectacular drone performance. Multi-rotor smoke-trailing drones weaved through the sky with colorful plumes, creating a dynamic and awe-inspiring display; FPV racing drones executed high-speed acrobatic flights, showcasing the speed and power of aviation technology; and bionic butterfly drones fluttered gracefully, demonstrating refined technical craftsmanship. The grand finale featured a dragon-shaped drone formation that merged traditional auspicious culture with modern technology, drawing cheers and applause from the students and teachers alike.
Following the opening display, various science practice zones were organized in an orderly manner. Some students headed to the lecture hall to listen to science experts and engage in small-scale tech crafting projects, while others moved to the campus gymnasium to experience liquid nitrogen science experiments, observe meteorological and artificial rainfall equipment up close, learn about firefighting and emergency equipment operations, and explore topics like waste sorting and civility etiquette—all while discovering the mysteries of science and embracing new social norms through hands-on experience.
