Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited (1812) announced that following the resignation of Mr. Hu Changqing, he ceased to serve as the company’s authorised representative effective 28 October 2025. On the same day, executive director Mr. Jiang Yanshan was appointed as the new authorised representative, in compliance with relevant listing standards.

According to the announcement, this change in representation follows the election of the eleventh session of the Board. The appointment of Mr. Jiang, who also serves as chairman, took effect immediately upon Mr. Hu’s resignation.

Other members of the Board include several executive directors, two non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors. The company clarified that all director roles remain unchanged following the adjustment of the authorised representative position.
