Management is pursuing a bottled water supply venture, which has already introduced products into the Hong Kong market in small quantities. After negotiations with potential partners for a tea beverage venture did not result in a mutual understanding, discussions have been paused, and focus has shifted to seeking other opportunities to diversify the Group’s portfolio.

The Wanchai office and clubhouse are relocating in mid-to-late December 2025 after the landlord indicated it would not renew the lease. During the transition, clubhouse operations will be reduced until suitable premises are secured. The Company will provide additional details on the relocation in due course.
