Global Digital Creations Holdings Limited (GDC) released its 2025 Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form on 16 April 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now available on both the company’s website (www.gdc-world.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who prefer hard copies can complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, GDC’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, to receive the printed documents free of charge. Shareholders may send the form by post—using the prepaid mailing label for local delivery—or by email to 8271-ecom@vistra.com.

GDC emphasised that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid email on record, investors will receive only printed notices and actionable corporate communications until their email details are updated. To facilitate electronic communication, shareholders can submit or amend their email addresses via the Reply Form included in the mailing.
