YE XING GROUP (01941) announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (process agent), effective September 5, 2025, due to work transfer. Ms. Zhang Chunying has been appointed as joint company secretary of the company, and Mr. Zeng Zhikang has been appointed as another joint company secretary, authorized representative and process agent, all effective September 5, 2025.
