Redco Healthy Living Company Limited (REDCO HEALTHY) has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the Group’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, consider their publication, and deliberate on the declaration and payment of an interim dividend. Other routine corporate matters will also be addressed.

The meeting will be chaired by Non-executive Director Huang Ruoqing. The current board comprises Executive Directors Tang Chengyong, Wong Yin Man, and Huang Yanqi; Non-executive Director Huang Ruoqing; and Independent Non-executive Directors Lau Yu Leung, Sze Irons, and Wu Kwok Choi, Chris.
