According to information from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Intellectual Property Protection Center (State Intellectual Property Office Patent Office Hohhot Agency) Intellectual Property Public Service Matters Handling Guide (2026 Edition)" has been officially released. This guide enables the one-stop, free handling of 28 intellectual property services.

The guide is formulated based on a standardized list of public services. It clearly defines service boundaries and details comprehensive procedural norms. It is designed for all enterprises, universities, research institutes, innovation and entrepreneurship entities, and the general public within the Inner Mongolia region. The guide integrates four major sectors: patents, trademarks, legal services, and information services, consolidating 28 core intellectual property services. This ensures processes are clear, timelines are specified, and procedures are easy to understand and follow.

It facilitates the one-stop, free handling of 28 intellectual property services. The service list covers the entire business chain. This includes 10 patent services, such as pre-examination filing, application acceptance, fee reduction, pledge registration, and open licensing, providing full support for patent innovation and commercialization. There are 8 trademark services, covering registration, modification, transfer, renewal, and other related procedures. The guide also lists 4 legal services, offering public interest support for rights protection assistance, dispute mediation, overseas risk response, and trademark monitoring and alerts. Additionally, 6 information services are available, including patent information searches, data statistics, document review, and policy consultation, leveraging professional data to aid innovation-related decision-making.

Processing channels are available both online and offline. For online services, users can access the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Intellectual Property Public Service Platform or the patent and trademark online business systems. Offline options include in-person window service, mail-in processing, dedicated hotlines, exclusive email addresses, and on-site guidance at service windows, all providing consultation. The principle of "one-time notification" is implemented, ensuring flexible and convenient access to service channels.
