The materials, prepared in both English and Chinese, are now accessible on the company’s website (https://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/daido/index.htm) and on HKEx’s website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide an email address to Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive future corporate-communication alerts electronically. Absent a valid email address, hard-copy notifications will continue to be mailed to the address on record.

Printed versions of any corporate communication remain available on request, free of charge, through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited. Any standing request for printed copies expires one year after the registrar receives the written instruction unless renewed.
