SunCorp Technologies Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and the circular dated 30 April 2026—together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form—are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s corporate communications website (www.suncorptech.com.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive corporate communications electronically may obtain printed versions of these documents free of charge. Requests should be directed in writing to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via email (1063-ecom@vistra.com) or by post using the pre-paid mailing label provided.

Investors may change their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications at any time, without cost, by submitting a completed instruction slip to the Branch Share Registrar through the same channels.
