The Hour Glass Limited announced on Nov, 14 2025 that it has cancelled 59,416,400 treasury shares from its Share Buy-Back Account, removing shares valued at 112.30 million Singapore dollars from issue.

The cancelled shares represented 9.20% of the company’s 645,595,480 ordinary shares outstanding before the transaction. Following the cancellation, The Hour Glass holds no treasury shares.
