JX ENERGY (03395) announced that Ms. Tara Suzanne Leray has resigned from her positions as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary, effective October 31, 2025, to pursue other business opportunities. Following her resignation, Ms. Leray will no longer hold any position within the company. Ms. Zhou Qingling from Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited has also resigned as another Joint Company Secretary and as the company's authorized representative under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules Section 3.05, effective October 31, 2025. Executive Director and Chairman Liu Yongtan will continue to serve as another authorized representative. Ms. Zhou will also continue as the company's authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Following the resignations of Ms. Leray and Ms. Zhou, (i) Ms. Xiang Jun has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer to replace Ms. Leray, effective October 31, 2025; (ii) Ms. Sun Peizhen from Vistra has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary and authorized representative, replacing Ms. Zhou, effective October 31, 2025. On October 24, 2025, Mr. Liu Yongtan submitted his resignation as the interim Chief Executive Officer and will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board. By stepping down as interim CEO, Mr. Liu will be able to focus on the strategic direction of the company rather than its daily operations. Mr. Dai Binyou, the company's Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the CEO, effective October 31, 2025.
