TSH RESOURCES BERHAD (TSH) reported that it repurchased a total of 930,000 of its own shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from Apr, 22 2026 to Apr, 29 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from MYR1.260 to MYR1.290, for an aggregate consideration of about 1.20 million Singapore dollars. All 930,000 repurchased shares have been retained as treasury shares, lifting the company’s treasury stock balance to 30,507,900 shares. No shares were cancelled.

The notice of share buy-back was dated Apr, 30 2026 and lodged with the Registrar of Companies on the same day.
