China Coal Energy (01898) announced that its commercial coal production for March 2026 was 10.97 million tonnes, a decrease of 5.7% compared to the same period last year. Sales volume for the month was 19.46 million tonnes, down 21.4% year-on-year. For the first three months of 2026, commercial coal production totaled 30.17 million tonnes, reflecting a 9.5% decline from the previous year. Cumulative sales volume during this period reached 56.02 million tonnes, a reduction of 12.7% compared to the same timeframe last year.
