China Resources Gas Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated 30 April 2026 (including the notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form), and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company website (www.crcgas.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies are dispatched only to shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copies. Any registered shareholder who encounters difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefers physical copies going forward, may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1193-ecom@vistra.com. The company will supply printed versions free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be sent in hard copy only until an email address is supplied.

The 2025 ESG Report is released exclusively in electronic format. Stakeholders can access it via the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s homepage, under “Environment, Social and Governance Report”.
