Following the annual general meeting on 21 November 2025, FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (Stock Code: 331) confirmed its Board structure, comprising Non-executive Directors, Executive Directors, and Independent Non-executive Directors. Among the Non-executive Directors, Dr. Cheng Kar Shun, Henry continues to serve as Chairman, while Executive Directors include Mr. Doo Wai Hoi, William (also Chairman), Mr. Lam Wai Hon, Patrick (Executive Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), and several others.

The newly confirmed committee memberships feature designated chairpersons: Mr. Kwong Che Keung, Gordon leads the Audit Committee; Mr. Hui Chiu Chung, Stephen chairs the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Lee Kwan Hung, Eddie heads the Nomination Committee. Mr. Doo Wai Hoi, William is Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Dr. Cheng Chun Fai oversees the ESG Committee.
